Huw O’Toole, as owner and operator of Hub13, Jacksmill, Kiltymon, Newcastle, Greystones, County Wicklow (“we” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy, including when you use www.hub13.ie [ ] (the “Website”). This Privacy Notice explains how we may collect, use, or disclose, information about you when you use the Website.

What personal data do we collect?

You choose to give us certain information when using our services. This includes:

  • When you use the Website to book the services, you provide us with at least your name and address, email address and occupation.
  • When you choose to participate in our promotions, events or contests, we collect the information that you use to register or enter.
  • If you contact our offices with a customer care issue, we will collect the information you give us during the interaction as we monitor or record these interactions for training purposes and to ensure a high quality of service.

When you use the Website to book a space at Hub13, Jacksmill, there are a number of purposes for which you can choose to share your personal data with us, or for which we may collect your personal data.

  2. We may also collect your personal data in other ways including through our use of CCTV and other surveillance systems at Hub13, Jacksmill, and in connection with information you may make public on social media.

We collect your personal data solely for the purposes of marketing and providing the services at Hub13 to you and to allow you to book space at Hub13, Jacksmill.

We retain your personal data only for as long as we are providing the services to you and thereafter, no longer than is reasonably necessary (i.e. for the purposes of closing your account, retrieving left items etc).
